My second story recommendation is Winnie The Pooh. This series of short stories about a little boy and his stuffed animal bear is very near and dear to my heart. I grew up with these wonderful little tales and I think it represents a part of life that is slowly fading away. In a time where the majority of people spend their days staring at tiny screens the human imagination is slowly slipping away. So take a moment to read with your child or even by yourself and fall in love with the made up world of a boy and his toys. And maybe, just maybe you will be inspired to create an imaginary world too.
“Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh?" he whispered."Yes, Piglet?""Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's hand, "I just wanted to be sure of you.”
-A.A. Milne
